I have been wearing
birkenstocks for the past 16 years and was actually looking
for a new pair when I tried on these AnneKlein. They are so cushy,
flexible and light weight. I bought a second pair! I would
highly recommend these shoes to anyone who likes style and
comfort!
This is a great shoe. The size for me was just right, not too
wide, short or long. Even the straps across the top of my foot
are comfortable. This shoe can be worn as a dressy casual or
totally casual. With the construction, it can be worn in wet
weather and not be ruined. AnneKlein, you did a good job on the
style and design of this shoe.
I love how the shoe fits and looks. I bought one pair of these
to have something quick to slip on to take out the dog, and
one pair of the adara to wear around the house. Thus, I spent
$75 on flip flops, which was hard to justify except that I
knew AnneKlein as being a durable garden Callie shoe by Anne
Klein. Much to my dismay, the treads on this pair were worn
almost down to flat after a few dog walks. That is, from
walking on concrete city sidewalks and park grass for about 20
minutes a day, for a few days. I bought them to replace a pair
of $2 flip flops also made in China that I had for a year.
That pair is in better shape. Needless to say, I'm not happy.
I'd like to return the shoes to the manufacturer, but anything
they'd replace it with would wear the same I assume. It's too
bad, they are so comfortable and cute. Hopefully the house
pair will hold up better since I only wear them indoors. |
